We hired Oceana for an unexpected structural repair on a beach house we just purchased on St. George Island. Shawn and his team were fantastic. Transparent and forthright during a difficult circumstance as well as dependable. They did great work on our home and were fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and capable general contractor.

Working with Oceana Construction Group was like a breath of fresh air. Since the storm, finding any help with anything having to do with repair or remodel has been an incredible headache. Oceana proved to be different than everyone else we had dealt with in the past. They were kind, considerate, and understanding in all things. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs and requests and went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. The crew was there when they said they would be there. They were tidy and timely and effective. Sean, our contractor, actually oversaw the project and visited regularly to make sure that things were moving in the right direction and being handled appropriately. The prices they charged us were fair and they were always available if we had any questions. They really helped to get our lives back on track after a hard time and we will always appreciate it. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a custom homebuild, storm related repairs, or any other construction needs.
